Martha Jane (M.J) has been dancing since the age of four. She started taking ATS belly dance classes in 2001. In 2005 Matha Jane joined BlackSheep BellyDance. Later in 2005, Martha Jane also began teaching and is certified in BSBD format Level 1. Martha Jane feels that dance adds an integral spark to her life. She loves the fact that tribal style is a co-creation of dance with other women rather than competition, which is all too common in life.

In 2008 Martha Jane was an integral part of the creation of WildCard BellyDance. M.J. loves connecting and spending time with her dance sisters as well as enjoying all the beauties of Northern California.
